An entrepreneur and mother, Linh is the founder of Outsourcing Angel, a recruitment agency that specialises in providing premium Virtual Assistants. She is also the co-founder of Dawn Media Production. Find out more about Linh and her journey.

Tell us about yourself and how a typical week goes for you!

I'm an entrepreneur and a mother of 3. My typical week consists of running around doing mummy duties like taking the kids to school and after-school activities while running my two companies. I balance my days with my morning routine of self-care like meditation, journaling, exercise and high impact work so that the important things are done first thing in the morning. My weeks tend to be very structured and productive which leaves the weekend for me to focus on family.

What do you enjoy the most about the holiday season?

I enjoy the holiday period the most because it's a time to unwind, reflect and reset for the new year. I usually travel and have holiday breaks every 6-8 weeks throughout the whole year because I don't want to just work hard for 11 months before I can enjoy myself at the end of the year. Although, I do like the end of the year holiday the most because it's fun when the whole world is feeling festive and taking a break together at the same time.

What is something that you have learned this year?

What I've learnt this year is that life will continue to throw us curveballs like the never-ending lockdowns and restrictions and we just never know when we can see our family. So it's best if we make the most of every opportunity to see our family and friends as much as possible because we just don't know when we will get to see them again.

What is your resolution or goal for the year?

My goal is to reach out and help more people by creating inspiring content on my YouTube channels: Linh Podetti, Start Young, Rice & Shine Show.
