How do you practice self-love?
Self-love is a journey, we need to accept that not every day will be sunshine and rainbows but putting your best foot forward in everything you do helps you move a step closer to your goals and dreams.
What is one challenge you’ve faced in being comfortable in your own skin?
Accepting that I'll never be petite no matter how hard I try. I guess in Asia, most ladies here have a small build as compared to our western friends, so when I was younger I always felt like I would be out of place as I would naturally be the taller person in the room.
What is one thing you appreciate the most in your life that has helped you in this process?
Taking time to understand my body shape has helped me alot. When we understand our body shape, we can pick outfits that help accentuate the areas we want, boosting our overall confidence.

If you had to pick a Staple piece for 3 occasions in your life, what would they be?
It would be the Norah Square Neck Bodysuit. White is such a versatile colour, plus I'm obsessed with bodysuits. A bodysuit ensures the ends of the top stay tucked in and it also works well with any pair of shorts, dress or skirt. It always helps that it can be styled to dress up or dress down!
Lastly, what is one advice you would give our #LBCommunity to love themselves?
Understand that everyone is made differently. Don't compare yourself to others and embrace your body. It's uniquely yours.
