As the year draws to a close, can you share with us a fact about you discovered about yourself in 2022 and why it is important to you?
I discovered that I have been less hard on myself. I allow myself to go through unfavourable emotions and situations without beating myself up. I’m able to get through them easily instead of suppressing.
What is one challenge that you have faced through the different seasons and phases in 2022? How did you overcome it?
Honestly, I’ve been trying to find a routine to stick to but routines are so difficult. I overcome it by not forcing myself to fit into something that maybe is not meant for me. I live a little more carefree!
