How our journey with us began:
Before I started modelling for Love, Bonito, I had the impression it was for petite girls. But when they reached out to me, I remembered I had promised myself to say ‘yes’ to things that scared me, and that’s how I ended up modelling!
On being a trailblazer and representative in diverse body shapes and sizes:
I feel honoured to be able to represent diverse body shapes and sizes. Growing up, there was little representation for someone who looked like me, so it’s been amazing to watch body inclusivity grow – here and worldwide. Anytime I feel shy or less confident about modelling, I think about the women who've said that seeing me in Love, Bonito has made them feel more confident and open to trying new outfits.

One fond memory with Love, Bonito:
On a regular night out with my friends, I decided to wear my Pvara pants and Auria blazer – both in black – to dinner, and I felt so sharp. I was coming out of a difficult time in my personal life, and that night in that outfit made me feel like I was getting my groove back.
Your favourite Love, Bonito item:
The Laylia Tailored Shorts. Growing up with thick thighs, I never felt like I could wear shorts and look polished, but Laylia's cut and material make me feel so good and put together. A special shoutout to the Erita Relaxed Cuff Sleeve Shirt too – the perfect crisp, comfy shirt.
What do you look forward to seeing more of from Love, Bonito, as a model, and as a customer?
I look forward to seeing a bigger range of sizes so there's something for every body type, as well as more collaborations with local designers and creatives – to celebrate Asian talent through fashion.
