One thing I fight for everyday is that I need to be a 1% better person than I was yesterday. For me, 1% improvement a day is powerful.
What can women do everyday to make the future a better place for women?
When women support each other, incredible things happen. Find a community that adores what you do and surround yourself with women who empower you to do better.

What is one message you want to send out to younger women?
There's no limit to what we, as a #LBCommunity can accomplish. So don't stop encouraging each other and showing love to each other. Dream big and think big. Make it happen and shock everyone.

What is one piece of life advice you have to give to our #LBCommunity?
Age doesn't define you, but your wisdom, accomplishment, words & inner beauty do. When you're a woman who successfully conquered the world at 40, people will say, she's only 40. When you’ve done nothing in your life, people will say she's already 40.
