‘The Great Global Giveaway’  is available from March 3, 2024, 12pm (GMT+8) TO March 31, 2024, 11.59PM (GMT+8). The contest is open for submissions from March 3, 2024, 12pm (GMT+8) TO March 31, 11.59PM (GMT+8).

ELIGIBILITY

The method of entry will increase your chances:

1 x chance: Valid for participants who create a post for directly on the map during the giveaway period. Each participant may create multiple entries during the giveaway period. The entry has to be successfully reflected on the map to be considered valid.

10 x chances: Valid for participants who enter the website and create a post via the QR codes located in Love, Bonito retails store in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Indonesia during the giveaway period. Each participant may create multiple entries. The entry has to be successfully reflected on the map to be considered valid.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Love, Bonito’s decision in this matter shall be final. No entrant will have the right to challenge the Love, Bonito’s decision. Love, Bonito is not obliged to give any reasons for their decision, and will not engage in any conversation or correspondence with any person regarding their decision.

To be valid, the entry submitted must comply with the following requirements:

• Meet the eligibility requirements set out in ‘ELIGIBILITY’ above;

• The entry submitted must be an original work. (The entrant, by participating in the The Great Global Giveaway Contest, represents and warrants that the entry is his or her sole and original work and that he has not violated any third party’s intellectual property rights in the submission of the entry.);

• The entry must not have been produced for compensation or submitted for any other contests/forums or won any award (whether or not as part of a contest) or which has been previously accepted for broadcast through any public media (e.g. Internet, radio or television);

• There must be no plagiarism or violation of copyright work and the entry must not contain offensive content or violate any laws, statutes or regulations (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, privacy, publicity or other rights) of any relevant parties or contain content against public interest, public order or national harmony.

THE WINNERS' DUTY

The winners will be selected in the full discretion of Love, Bonito. By participating in The Great Global Giveaway, note that you are consenting to Love, Bonito’s usage of personal data (full name, Instagram handle, masked email address, image and country of residence) in connection with the Global Giveaway Contest and as required by law or regulation. The winners will be announced on @lovebonito after the giveaway period has ended. Winners will be contacted solely via Love, Bonito’s IG account @lovebonito how their prizes will be fulfilled; please do not share any personal details with any other Instagram account. Love, Bonito shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited to the next eligible winner in line, selected by Love, Bonito. Receipt by winner of the prize offered in the Great Global Giveaway Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the winner (at Love, Bonito’s sole discretion) will result in the winner's disqualification as winner of The Great Global Giveaway Contest, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

PRIZES

3 winners will win an all-expense-paid trip in Singapore each with a surprise curated itinerary planned by Love, Bonito. The itinerary will be 3 days and 2 nights. 

Prizes are subjected to ‘SELECTION CRITERIA’ above. Love, Bonito reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of a similar value. Love, Bonito reserves the right to cancel the ‘The Great Global Giveaway’ or change the prizes and winners without prior notice or notification, with immediate effect and without liability. Love, Bonito will sponsor the flights for winners outside of Singapore, and accommodation for winners. Prize winners are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any additional itinerary, activity, or accommodation not included in the surprise itinerary curated by Love, Bonito.

THIS Global Giveaway Contest IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SINGAPORE. It is a condition of participating in this Global Giveaway Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Global Giveaway Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Singapore having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees.  Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

Love, Bonito collects personal information from its entrant, namely the entrant’s Name, Email Address, Country of Residence and marketing preferences. This information collected is subject to Love, Bonito’s Privacy Statement at https://www.lovebonito.com/global/privacy-policy. All entrants shall agree to Love, Bonito’s collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of Global Giveaway Contest administration and publicity according to the Privacy Statement. Love, Bonito owns the intellectual property rights to all materials (non-exhaustively including comments and images) that are produced from the entries submitted in the Global Giveaway Contest. Love, Bonito owns the right to reproduce / circulate all materials that are produced from the entries submitted in the Global Giveaway Contest without any obligation to obtain the contestant’s prior approval. The contestant understands and acknowledges that her/his comment and/or image submitted pursuant to this Contest may be viewed by persons globally, and that she will not be paid a fee in respect of any use by Love, Bonito of such comment and/or image. Agencies/individuals that wish to replicate or use the materials produced for other projects are to obtain Love, Bonito’s prior written approval.
