GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The ‘Summer Shopping Spree’ Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is available from 6 May 2025, 12pm to 25 May, 11.59pm (GMT +8).  

ELIGIBILITY

This Giveaway is open to any member of the public from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and the Philippines; aged 18 years and above as stated on their Identity Card/Passport (as of 1 May 2025).

In order to be eligible for the Giveaway, you'll have to provide marketing consent to receive emails from Love, Bonito. By participating in this Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions at https://www.lovebonito.com/global/global/summer-shopping-spree (collectively, the “Giveaway Terms”). You cannot take part in the Giveaway unless you agree with the Giveaway Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love, Bonito reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria as stated herein at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine at its sole discretion whether any participant should be excluded from entering or participating in this Giveaway.

This Giveaway is not open to employees of Love, Bonito. 

GIVEAWAY MECHANICS

All new and existing subscribers are entitled to one entry for this Giveaway. All existing subscribers will be automatically enrolled into the Giveaway. 

Each new subscriber may only submit one entry via https://www.lovebonito.com/global/global/summer-shopping-spree. 

SELECTION CRITERIA

Love, Bonito will select 1 winner at random from each of the following countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and the Philippines. There will be 5 winners in total.

Love, Bonito’s decision in this matter shall be final. No entrant will have the right to appeal or challenge Love, Bonito’s decision. Love, Bonito is not obliged to give any reasons for their decision, and will not engage in any conversation or correspondence with any person regarding their decision. 

To be valid, the entry submitted must comply with the following requirements:

• Meet the eligibility requirements set out in ‘ELIGIBILITY’ above; and

• Meet the mechanics requirements set out in ‘MECHANICS’ above.

THE WINNER’S OBLIGATIONS

The winners will be announced within two weeks from 26 May 2025. Winners will be announced and contacted solely via email by [email protected], please do not share any personal details with any other parties. Love, Bonito shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices including but not limited to reasons due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration and release in a timely manner as required, the prize may be forfeited to the next eligible winner in line, selected by Love, Bonito in their full and sole discretion. Receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the winner (at Love, Bonito’s sole discretion) will result in the winner's disqualification as winner of the Giveaway, and all privileges obtained as a result of winning will be immediately terminated.

PRIZES

There will be 5 gift cards to be won in total globally. Each winner will win a USD$300 gift card*. 

Prizes are subject to ‘SELECTION CRITERIA’ above. Love, Bonito reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of a similar value.  Love, Bonito reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway or change the prizes of the Giveaway without prior notice or notification, with immediate effect and without liability.

*An equivalent value of USD300 Love, Bonito e-gift card will be converted to the respective currencies for participating countries based on prevailing exchange rates.

GENERAL 

THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SINGAPORE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Singapore having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

Love, Bonito is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting in relation to this Giveaway. This Giveaway is solely administered by Love, Bonito. 

Love, Bonito collects personal information from all participants including but not limited to the participant’s Name, Email Address, Country of Residence and marketing preferences. This information collected is subject to Love, Bonito’s Privacy Policy at https://www.lovebonito.com/global/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”). All participants shall agree to Love, Bonito’s collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of this Giveaway, administration and publicity, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 

Love, Bonito’s general terms and conditions at https://www.lovebonito.com/global/pages/terms-and-conditions (“LB Terms”) shall apply to this Giveaway. The participant cannot take part in this Giveaway or be eligible for the prize unless the participant agrees with the LB Terms.

Love, Bonito owns the intellectual property rights to all materials (including but not limited to comments and images) that are produced from the entries submitted in the Giveaway.  Love, Bonito has full rights to reproduce / circulate all materials that are produced from the entries submitted in the Giveaway without any obligation to obtain the participant’s prior approval. The participant understands and acknowledges that comments and/or images submitted pursuant to this Giveaway may be viewed by persons globally, and that the participant will not be paid any fees in respect of any use by Love, Bonito of such comments and/or images. Agencies/individuals that wish to replicate or use the materials produced for other projects are to obtain Love, Bonito’s prior written approval.
