OFFER PERIOD

Love Bonito’s Spin The Umbrella offer (the “Offer”) is available on selected days during the Mid Year Sale. It is available online at lovebonito.com to all countries where Love, Bonito ships excluding Indonesia, and in-stores in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and the Philippines. 

ELIGIBILITY

This Offer is open to any member of the public from all participating countries. 

Orders placed in-store using the endless aisle feature will not be eligible for this Offer on the in-store Offer dates. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love, Bonito reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria as stated herein at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine at its sole discretion whether any participant should be excluded from entering or participating in this Offer. 

MECHANICS

Participants will automatically be eligible for the Offer upon making a purchase of Love, Bonito products with a minimum spend of SGD 120 in a single transaction online at https://www.lovebonito.com/sg and in all Love, Bonito stores in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Hong Kong and Indonesia, during the Offer Period.The minimum spend must be met after all store credits and gift cards have been applied to the order. Customers must be a LBCommunity member to qualify. 

Each eligible order entitles participants to one (1) chance to participate in the Offer.

• For eligible online orders, a pop-up will be triggered after order confirmation for the participant to  participate in the Offer.

  • Chances to participate in the Offer are based on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • The chance to participate in the Offer will be forfeited if the associated pop-up window is closed. 

• For eligible in-store purchases, a member of Love, Bonito’s retail staff will share a QR code with  the customer to participate in the Offer online.

  • Chances to participate in the Offer are based on a first-come, first-served basis. 

This Offer is limited to the first one thousand (1000) eligible orders made daily across all participating countries on the stipulated dates. Love, Bonito has full discretion to decide on eligibility of participants. No participants will have the right to appeal or challenge Love, Bonito’s decision. Love, Bonito is not obliged to give any reasons for their decision, and will not engage in any conversation or correspondence with any person regarding their decision.

THE WINNERS' OBLIGATIONS 

All winners will be notified immediately of their prize after the spin is completed. The gift card that the participant has won will be deposited into the Love, Bonito account used to place the order. The gift card will be available for redemption under the winner’s My Rewards page here. 

Receipt by winners of the prizes offered in this Offer is conditioned upon compliance with these Terms and Conditions and any and all local laws and regulations. Any violation of the aforementioned will result in the winner's disqualification as determined in Love, Bonito’s sole discretion. All privileges obtained as a result of winning will be immediately forfeited. 

PRIZES

There will be a total of 5,000 gift cards  to be won for this Offer. The value of the gift card awarded will be determined by the result of the spin: 

• SGD10 gift card

  -Gift card is valid till 30 June 2025, 23:59 GMT+8, with a minimum spend of SGD 60. 

• SGD50

  -Gift card is valid till 30 June 2025, 23:59 GMT+8, with a minimum spend of SGD 200.

• SGD100

  -Gift card is valid till 30 June 2025, 23:59 GMT+8, with a minimum spend of SGD 25. 

All gift cards are valid on Love, Bonito merchandise online, at www.lovebonito.com and in-stores in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and Hong Kong. Gift cards are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable. For online redemption, the gift card code must be entered prior to completing the purchase at checkout. For offline redemption, the customer must present the barcode or gift card code at the cashier. All purchases are subject to Love, Bonito’s terms and conditions of sale and returns and exchanges policy. Sale items (items with discounted prices before promo code is applied) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All sales made during our Mid Year Sale are final, no returns, exchanges, or refunds allowed. Gift cards  cannot be claimed after the purchase is completed. There is strictly no extension upon expiry.

Love, Bonito reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of a similar value. Love, Bonito reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes of this Offer without prior notice or notification, with immediate effect and without liability.
