TERMS & CONDITIONS:

CHALLENGE CONTEST PERIOD

Love, Bonito’s Runway Reflex Challenge (the “Challenge”) is available from 13 September 2024, 12PM to 22 September 2024, 10PM (GMT+8).

ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be legal residents of Singapore. Each person may only submit one entry.

By participating in this challenge, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions, Love, Bonito’s privacy policy at https://www.lovebonito.com/sg/global/privacy-policy, and Love, Bonito’s general terms and conditions at https://www.lovebonito.com/intl/terms-and-conditions (“LB Terms”). You cannot take part in the challenge unless you agree with the LB Terms. Love, Bonito is not responsible for any loss or damage in relation to this challenge. This challenge is solely administered by Love, Bonito.

The Challenge is not open to employees of Love, Bonito.

MECHANICS

All participating entries may only be submitted via https://www.lovebonito.com/sg/sg/pages/runway-reflex-challenge or will be considered invalid.

Participants are to slip on Love, Bonito’s RuchedReady™ Blazer and hit as many flashing light targets in 30 seconds, with each hit counting as one point. The top three (3) scorers on the leaderboard on 22 September 2024, 10PM (GMT +8) will win a $50 Love, Bonito Gift Card. Participants are to submit their verification details and score on https://www.lovebonito.com/sg/sg/pages/runway-reflex-challenge.

In total, the top three (3) scorers will receive the prize from Love, Bonito. Where there are more than three (3) participants with the same top scores, the three (3) winners will be selected by a randomised draw.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Love, Bonito’s decision in this matter shall be final. No entrant will have the right to appeal or challenge Love, Bonito’s decision. Love, Bonito is not obliged to give any reasons for their decision, and will not engage in any conversation or correspondence with any person regarding their decision.

To be valid, the entry submitted must comply with the following requirements:

• Meet the eligibility requirements set out in ‘ELIGIBILITY’ above;

• Meet the mechanics requirements set out in ‘MECHANICS’ above;

THE WINNERS' OBLIGATIONS

The winners will be announced between 23 September - 14 October 2024. Winners will be announced and contacted solely via email. Love, Bonito shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices including but not limited to reasons due to spam, or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize within three (3) calendar days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration and release in a timely manner as required, the prize may be forfeited to the next eligible winner in line, selected by Love, Bonito in their full and sole discretion. Receipt by winner of the prize offered in the Challenge is conditioned upon compliance with any and all local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by winner (at Love, Bonito’s sole discretion) will result in winner's disqualification as winner of the Challenge, and all privileges obtained as a result of winning will be immediately terminated.

PRIZES

Each winner will win:

A $50 Love, Bonito Gift Card.

Prizes are subject to ‘SELECTION CRITERIA’ above. Love, Bonito reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of a similar value. Love, Bonito reserves the right to cancel the or change the prizes of the Challenge without prior notice or notification, with immediate effect and without liability.

GENERAL

Love, Bonito collects personal information from all participants including but not limited to the participant’s Name, Email Address, Country of Residence and marketing preferences. This information collected is subject to Love, Bonito’s Privacy Policy at https://www.lovebonito.com/sg/global/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”). All participants shall agree to Love, Bonito’s collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of the Challenge, administration and publicity, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Love, Bonito owns the intellectual property rights to all materials (including but not limited to comments and images) that are produced from the entries submitted in the Challenge, Love, Bonito has full rights to reproduce / circulate all materials that are produced from the entries submitted in the Challenge, without any obligation to obtain the participant’s prior approval.

THE CHALLENGE IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SINGAPORE.

As a condition of participating in the Challenge, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Challenge*,* shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Singapore having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
