GIVEAWAY CONTEST PERIOD

Love, Bonito’s Heart Hunt Giveaway Contest is available from 17 April 2024, 10pm to 16 May 2024, 11.59PM (GMT+8).

ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be residents of Singapore. Each person may only submit one entry. 

By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions, Love, Bonito’s privacy policy at  https://www.lovebonito.com/sg/global/privacy-policy , and Love, Bonito’s general terms and conditions at https://www.lovebonito.com/intl/terms-and-conditions (“LB Terms”). You cannot take part in the Giveaway unless you agree with the LB Terms. Love, Bonito is not responsible for any loss or damage in relation to this giveaway. This giveaway is solely administered by Love, Bonito.

This Giveaway Contest is not open to employees of Love, Bonito. 

MECHANICS

All participating entries may only be submitted via https://www.lovebonito.com/sg/pages/lb-heart-hunt or will be considered invalid. 

Count the hidden hearts at Raffles Place MRT Station. We've scattered hidden hearts on the platform screen door posters at Raffles Place MRT station (platform levels). Submit your information and answer on this page https://www.lovebonito.com/sg/pages/lb-heart-hunt.

In total, 10 eligible participants will be selected by Love, Bonito to receive the prize. 

SELECTION CRITERIA

Love, Bonito’s decision in this matter shall be final. No entrant will have the right to appeal or challenge Love, Bonito’s decision. Love, Bonito is not obliged to give any reasons for their decision, and will not engage in any conversation or correspondence with any person regarding their decision.

To be valid, the entry submitted must comply with the following requirements:

• Meet the eligibility requirements set out in ‘ELIGIBILITY’ above; 

• Meet the mechanics requirements set out in ‘MECHANICS’ above;

• The Participant, by participating in the Love, Bonito’s Heart Hunt Giveaway Contest, represents and warrants that the entry details are made in his/her own personal capacity and all personal information submitted is true and accurate. 

THE WINNERS' OBLIGATIONS 

The winner will be selected by a randomised draw of eligible entries as decided in the full and sole discretion of Love, Bonito. The winners will be announced between 17 - 31 May 2024. Winners will be announced and contacted solely via email. Love, Bonito shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices including but not limited to reasons due to spam, or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 calendar days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration and release in a timely manner as required, the prize may be forfeited to the next eligible winner in line, selected by Love, Bonito in their full and sole discretion. Receipt by winner of the prize offered in this giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by winner (at Love, Bonito’s sole discretion) will result in winner’s disqualification as winner of the Love, Bonito’s Heart Hunt Giveaway Contest, and all privileges obtained as a result of winning will be immediately terminated.

PRIZES

There will be 10 prizes to be won in total from participants who are residents of Singapore.

10 winners will win: $100 Love, Bonito Gift Card

Prizes are subject to ‘SELECTION CRITERIA’ above. Love, Bonito reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of a similar value. Love, Bonito reserves the right to cancel the or change the prizes of the Love, Bonito’s Heart Hunt Giveaway Contest without prior notice or notification, with immediate effect and without liability. 

GENERAL 

THIS LOVE, BONITO’S HEART HUNT GIVEAWAY CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SINGAPORE. As a condition of participating in this Love, Bonito’s Heart Hunt Giveaway Contest, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Love, Bonito’s Heart Hunt Giveaway Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Singapore having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees.  Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

Love, Bonito collects personal information from all participants including but not limited to the participant’s Name, Email Address, Country of Residence and marketing preferences. This information collected is subject to Love, Bonito’s Privacy Policy at  https://www.lovebonito.com/sg/global/privacy-policy  (“Privacy Policy”). All participants shall agree to Love, Bonito’s collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of Love, Bonito’s Heart Hunt Giveaway Contest, administration and publicity, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Love, Bonito owns the intellectual property rights to all materials (including but not limited to comments and images) that are produced from the entries submitted in the Love, Bonito’s Heart Hunt Giveaway Contest, Love, Bonito has full rights to reproduce / circulate all materials that are produced from the entries submitted in the Love, Bonito’s Heart Hunt Giveaway Contest, without any obligation to obtain the participant’s prior approval. Individuals that wish to replicate or use the materials produced are to obtain Love, Bonito’s prior written approval.
