This giveaway is open to any member of the public from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, United States, Australia, and Taiwan and all other countries Love, Bonito ships to. 

Each person may only submit one entry. Where an entrant has submitted multiple entries, only the latest entry received will be considered valid. In order to be eligible for the giveaway, you'll have to provide marketing consent to receive emails from Love, Bonito and Moom. You will be asked to review and agree with the terms and conditions at https://www.lovebonito.com/global/global/self-care-month-2023. You cannot take part in the Giveaway Contest unless you agree with the terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions, you verify that you have read through and agree to all the terms and conditions of this Giveaway Contest. Love, Bonito is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting in relation to this contest. This contest is solely administered by Love, Bonito. SELECTION CRITERIA

Every week, we’ll be selecting 1 winner in total across the following countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, United States, Australia, Japan and Taiwan and all other countries Love, Bonito ships to. 

Love, Bonito’s decision in this matter shall be final. No entrant will have the right to appeal or challenge Love, Bonito’s decision. Love, Bonito is not obliged to give any reasons for their decision, and will not engage in any conversation or correspondence with any person regarding their decision. To be valid, the entry submitted must comply with the following requirements:

• Meet the eligibility requirements set out in ‘ELIGIBILITY’ above;

• Meet the mechanics requirements set out in ‘MECHANICS’ above;

By participating in this giveaway, note that you are consenting to Love, Bonito’s usage of personal data (name, Instagram handle, masked email address and country of residence) in connection with the giveaway and as required by law or regulation. The winner will be announced from 27 May 2023 onwards. Winners will be announced and contacted solely via [email protected], please do not share any personal details with any other parties. Love, Bonito shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited to the next eligible winner in line, selected by Love, Bonito. Receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by winner (at Love, Bonito’s sole discretion) will result in winner’s disqualification as winner of the giveaway, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

PRIZES

There will be 3 sets of prizes to be won in total globally. Each winner will win a$US50 Love, Bonito Giftcard, 1 Moom cramp/less supplement and The Mini's set (incl 1 de/bloat and 1 sleep/well), and 1 outfit from our curated edit with Moom. Prizes are subject to ‘SELECTION CRITERIA’ above. Love, Bonito reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of a similar value. *An equivalent value of US$50 Love, Bonito e-gift card will be converted to the respective currencies for participating countries - SGD 70 | MYR 250 | HKD 400 | IDR 760,000 based on prevailing exchange rates as of 30 June 2023. Love, Bonito reserves the right to cancel the 'Win a Love, Bonito x Moom Self-care Kit' Giveaway or change the prizes of the 'Win a Love, Bonito x Moom Self-care Kit' Giveaway’ without prior notice or notification, with immediate effect and without liability.

The 'Win a Love, Bonito x Moom Self-care Kit' Giveaway IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SINGAPORE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
