What are Pleated & Crinkled Fabrics?
Pleated and crinkled fabrics are generally treated with high-heat processes to create and set the unique textures.

Crinkled fabric features a deliberately textured, wrinkled appearance, achieved through special washing techniques or fabric treatments designed to create its signature look.
The pleated and crinkled textures can last a long time, however, it is not a permanent treatment. It is natural for the fabric to soften and relax over time with repeated wearing or washing.
HOW TO WASH PLEATED & CRINKLED GARMENTS
1.Wash before wearing, inside out, with similar colours.
2.Hand washing makes the garment last longer. However, you may machine-wash it in a gentle cycle with cold water. Place it inside a mesh bag to protect the garment from snagging in other clothing.
3.Use a mild detergent and avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or fabric softeners.

1.Do not tumble dry and wring as these can alter the fabric’s pleats or crinkles
2.Air dry flat or hang to maintain the fabric’s natural texture.

1.Do not pile while damp.
2.Generally, no ironing is needed. The wrinkles blend with the fabric’s texture.
3.Hang the garment vertically following the original pleat direction.
4.Avoid flat ironing to prevent the pleats from losing their shape.
5.Use a steamer on a low-heat setting only when necessary to remove excess wrinkles or creases.
6.Store in a breathable garment bag to protect from dust.
7.Keep away from heavy items that could crush or distort the fabric’s texture.
