What is Lyocell?
Lyocell (including TENCEL™ Lyocell) is a type of cellulosic fibre known for being more sustainable, durable, and eco-friendly than other rayon fibres. It is also stronger and less prone to shrinkage and wrinkles. Lyocell can be blended with fibres like polyester or spandex to add stretch, thickness, texture, or other features for a specific design.

Lyocell is a fibre made from sustainably sourced wood pulp, created with minimal waste and chemical use.

Lyocell has a silky, smooth texture, and it feels comfortable on the skin.

Lyocell is naturally breathable and keeps you cool and dry, making it perfect for warm weather.

Despite its softness, lyocell is a strong, tear-resistant fabric, making it last for a long time.

Lyocell is naturally wrinkle-resistant than most fabrics, though it varies with the fibre blend.
HOW TO WASH LYOCELL GARMENTS
1.Hand wash or machine wash in a delicate cycle with cold water.
2.Always turn the garment inside out and place it in a laundry net.
3.Use a gentle detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners, as they can damage the fibres and strip away the fabric’s natural softness.
4.Wash before wearing, inside out, with similar colours.
HOW TO DRY LYOCELL GARMENTS
1.Air dry lyocell garments by laying them flat on a clean, dry surface to avoid shrinkage and preserve the garment’s shape.
2.Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause fading over time.
3.If necessary, iron the garment inside out on a low to medium heat setting.
4.Do not tumble dry and wring which can distort the fibers.
HOW TO STORE LYOCELL GARMENTS
1.Store lyocell garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Make sure they are completely dry before storing them to avoid any mould or mildew growth.
2.If hanging lyocell garments, use padded hangers to prevent stretching or indents. It’s best to fold delicate lyocell pieces like shirts and pants to preserve their shape.
3.Do not stack while damp.
NOTE: "Each design may have specific care needs based on its construction or the fabric blend. Always refer to the care label for detailed instructions, as requirements may vary depending on the material composition."
