Your pregnancy journey is uniquely yours - it's ok to seek advice but always make sure to listen to what you need most.

"If I had known coconut, grass jelly and other 'cooling' food items were going to be out of bounds for pregnant women (according to my older relatives), I'd have eaten more beforehand!"

What are some of the common skincare concerns or skin issues you faced during pregnancy, and what would be your advice or solution?

My skin started to become slightly more sensitive during pregnancy, so less is definitely more for me - I found it most effective to stick to a tried & tested skincare routine with minimal products.

What are some beauty essentials on your journey towards motherhood?

Moisturizer, sunblock, eye cream and a gentle face wash!

Which is your favourite Clarins Maternity product, and why?

I've been using the Clarins Tonic Body Treatment Oil every single night ever since I discovered I was pregnant. I'll be 6 months pregnant soon and it has really helped to keep stretch marks at bay!
