Returns Information

Can I return my order?

For Online Purchases

  • We accept returns that reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g LBSG000012345)
    • See methods of return here
  • Returnable items/categories include: clothing, bags and shoes
  • Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!
  • After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item
  • Delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded
  • Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions
  • We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders

For Retail Purchases

The following items/categories are not returnable: Sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

How do I return my order?

We've got a couple of options for you:

1) Drop it off at one of our stores (it's free)!

  1. Pack your item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel. You can download a copy of the form here.
  2. Return your order at our store*, within 30 days from the delivery/collection date.
  3. You'll receive Store Credit into your acount within 14 business days from dropping off your parcel at our store.

2) Mail it back to us:

  1. Pack the item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel.
  2. Send your parcel using a traceable** mode of delivery to:
    8 Pandan Crescent #05-01 Singapore 128464
  3. Your return will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive your parcel.

*Please ensure that your return order is eligible for returns before returning in-store, as the order will only be checked once it has been transferred to our warehouse. Acceptance of your return at our retail store does not confirm that your order is eligible to be returned for Store Credit.

**It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options. For more information about our Returns Policy, click here.

How will my return be reimbursed?

You'll receive Store Credit equivalent to the purchase value of the item, into your Love, Bonito account.

  • Store Credit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Credits in a Love, Bonito account do not expire. Ever!
  • Store Credit can be used in your next online purchase with us.
  • Store Credit in a Singapore-registered Love, Bonito account can only be used on www.lovebonito.com/sg

Once you've made your return to us, you can expect a confirmation of your return within 14 business days from when we receive your return.

To check your available Store Credit balance:

Can I return/exchange my online purchase at the store?

Exchange an online purchase at the store

Online purchases can be exchanged at any of our retail stores. You must have a valid order number for your online purchase. A one-time exchange can be made for the same design, to a different size or colour only. If the design is not available in-store, you can return your order over the counter for Store Credit, usable on your next online purchase!

Once an exchange for an online order has been made, it cannot be further returned for Store Credit.

Return an online order at the store

You're welcome to drop off online order/s at our store! You'll need to fill up an e-form so an email acknowledgement of your return will be sent to you. The email acknowledgement is only a notification that we have received your return and does not mean that your returns have been processed successfully. 

Please ensure you've filled in your details correctly, as this information may be used as a form of reference when your return is processed. You'll receive Store Credit into your Love, Bonito account within 14 business days.

Store Credit can be used in your next online order with us.

*Purchase of sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Where can I get the returns form?

For orders shipped within Singapore only, download a copy of the returns form here.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please ensure your return information is indicated clearly and accurately.

What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible for returns?

We'll drop you an email once we've processed your parcel.

  • For your parcel to be returned to you, there'll be a redelivery fee of $2
  • If you are unsure of an item's eligibility to be returned, you may check your order here.

Can I return/exchange an international Love, Bonito purchase to a store in Singapore?

Orders made on our International site (www.lovebonito.com/intl), can only be returned via post/courier to our Singapore warehouse at:
