If I want to receive my items in time for the Lunar New Year festivities, when should I place my order?

If you’re unable to place your orders within this period, your items may not reach you in time.

What are the delivery options and when can I receive my order?

You may refer below for the rates and delivery time frames for delivery within Singapore:

Once your parcel reaches your selected POPStation, collect it within 5 days.

  1. Select POPStation at checkout and enter your postal code
  2. Your 5 nearest POPStations will be available for selection
  3. You'll receive an SMS and email update once the parcel's ready for collection
  4. Collect your parcel within 5 days from its arrival at the POPStation

You will receive an email from us once your order will be ready for collection at your selected retail store within 2-3 business days. Please collect your order within 5 days from receiving your "Ready for Collection" email.


All uncollected parcels will be returned to Love, Bonito and redelivery will be chargeable!

Can I receive my order tomorrow if I made a purchase today?

Since we need 1-2 business days to get your order ready upon confirmation, we can't promise it'll reach you within the next day even with Express Delivery.

If you need your items urgently, we recommend swinging by one of our outlets ASAP to make a purchase!

Do you deliver on weekends?

We sure do!

Just make sure you opt for 'weekend delivery' at checkout. If your parcel isn't delivered by Friday evening, our delivery partners may attempt delivery on Saturday.

We deliver on Saturdays between 9am - 10pm.

Are there any restricted zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to?

We don't deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore because your delivery requires a signature upon receipt. Gotta make sure your parcel only lands in the right hands!

What happens if I missed my delivery?

Standard & Express delivery options:
After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. But we'd be more than happy to redeliver your order!

Take note: additional redelivery fees will apply.

Pick-up via POPStation:
Once your parcel's ready for collection, head on down to your selected kiosk within the next 5 days! All uncollected orders will be returned to Love, Bonito in 7 business days. But we'd be more than happy to redeliver your order!

Redelivery Fees:
- Standard Courier: S$2
- POPStation: S$2
- Click&Collect at our retail outlets: S$2
- Express Courier: S$3.50

*All unclaimed parcels exceeding 6 months will be cleared and no replacements/reimbursements/refunds will be made.

Can I request for my parcel to be left outside my residence, if there is no one home to accept my delivery?

We could, but we don't encourage it.

As mentioned, we want to make sure your parcel reaches you safely, so a signature is required upon delivery!

You may request for the delivery to be arranged without signing for it - but we won't be able to reimburse or replace your order if it is not received on your end.

How do I change my delivery information?

You won't be able to amend your delivery info for an order once your order is placed. Fret not, drop us a message here and we'll do whatever we can to help!

Just a heads up - shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments but we promise we'll always try our best to minimise this.

If we're too late and your order's delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it. So contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments, we don't want your order to land in the wrong hands!

Can I collect my online purchase at the store?

Yes! Simply select your preferred store under the Collect In Store option before checking out your order. :)
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection within 2-3 business days!

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship to multiple countries!

Will there be delivery delays during peak season?

As we receive more orders than usual during peak season, please expect a slight delay in your delivery during this period.

For orders placed between 11 - 17 December 2019, your delivery might be delayed by up to 5 additional business days.
