What is your return policy?

For Online Purchases

  • We accept returns that reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g LBMY000012345)
    • See methods of return here
  • Returnable items/categories include: clothing, bags and shoes

The following items/categories are not returnable: Sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts.

Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

  • Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!
  • After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item
  • Delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded
  • We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders

We accept returns of the following categories: clothing, bags and shoes.
Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.

Your return must reach us within 60 days* from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g LBMY000012345)

*Our returns timeframe has been extended to 60 days from the usual 30 days due the ongoing Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).

Return exclusions
The following categories are not returnable: Sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Reimbursement & processing time
After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Your return will be processed within 7 business days from when we receive it.

How do I return my order?

We've got a couple of options for you:

1. Drop it off at one of our stores* (it's free)!

  • Fill up our returns form and pack it with your item(s) together in a parcel. You can download a copy of the form here.
  • Return over the cashier in any of our Malaysia stores within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Store Credit will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.
  • You can exchange your online order in-store to the same product of different size/colour only

2. Post your return via CollectCo** kiosks at a flat rate of RM7.00

  • Find your nearest CollectCo kiosk here
  • Create a CollectCo return label here
  • Return must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery

3. Post your return via PostCo** kiosks at a flat rate of RM7.00

  • Find your nearest PostCo kiosk here
  • Book a parcel return with PostCo here
    • Select ‘Love, Bonito’ as your ‘Return to’ location
  • Return must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery

*Our store in Genting does not accept returns. You can exchange your online order in-store to the same product of different size/colour only.

How will my return order be reimbursed?

Exchange an online purchase at the store

Online purchases can be exchanged at any of our retail stores. You must have a valid order number for your online purchase. A one-time exchange can be made for the same design, to a different size or colour only. If the design is not available in-store, you can return your order over the counter for Store Credit, usable on your next online purchase!

Once an exchange for an online order has been made, it cannot be further returned for Store Credit.

Return an online order at the store

You're welcome to drop off online order/s at our store! You'll need to fill up an e-form so an email acknowledgement of your return will be sent to you. The email acknowledgement is only a notification that we have received your return and does not mean that your returns have been processed successfully. 

Please ensure you've filled in your details correctly, as this information may be used as a form of reference when your return is processed. You'll receive Store Credit into your Love, Bonito account within 14 business days.

Store Credit can be used in your next online order with us.

What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible for returns?

We'll drop you an email once we have processed your parcel and will have to return your order back to you. Redelivery fees may be incurred under such circumstances.

Can I return/exchange my Love, Bonito purchase to a store in Singapore?

Purchases made on our Malaysia site (www.lovebonito.com/my) can only be returned via the following channels:

  1. Return/Exchange at our Malaysia Stores (excludes Genting)
  2. Return via CollectCo or PostCo at a flat rate of RM7*
