What’s your 9-6 like?

Covid found me a new routine - I do daily yoga sessions and meditations before my 10.30am Zoom calls with my team, and typically followed by more Zoom calls throughout the day (working from my dining table or at the office). Running a creative business also means setting time outside of calls for brainstorming, research, ideation, being out on production and going out to experience things, too.

Billie Holiday, I call her my executive dog, joins me whenever I’m working at home or in the office!

What do you enjoy most about your job?

The collaborative nature of what we do, always learning about new industries and business problems and using culture and creativity to solve them.

"It may be hard to make plans or look too far ahead but we can try to start each day well. Set yourself up for success!"

What challenges and motivates you to get through the week? (e.g good meditation, reliable work-drobe, coffee, exercise etc.)

I begin by waking up and thanking the sun for making another day of life possible. I do some mindful movements to wake up the body, usually 45 mins of yoga and a 30 minute meditation and intention setting. Change into clothes that make me feel ready and excited for the day ahead - this is usually something colourful for me.

Eat something nutritious for lunch, my first meal - usually plant based and fresh. A nespresso after lunch to keep me going. Quality time with friends, in person or over the phone to decompress and feel connected.

If there’s one staple item that you can’t live without, what would that be?

Morie High Waisted Straight Leg Pants.

On Tracy: Thorali Knit Crop Top, Markita Tailored Culottes
