What is your Return Policy?

In view of circumstances around Covid-19, our returns policy will be extended from 30 days to 90 days from the date of delivery during this period.

[For online purchases]
We accept returns of the following categories: clothing, bags and shoes.
Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.

Your return must reach us within 90 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g LBWW000012345)

Exclusions
The following categories are not returnable: Sale items, panties, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!

Reimbursement & processing time
After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 business days from when we receive it.

Exchanges

We are unable to facilitate exchanges for all International orders at the moment. For more details on how to return your order for Store Credit, click here.

How do I return my order?

For all Hong Kong orders:

Please refer to our list of Return methods here!

For all other international orders:

  1. Pack the item(s) and the completed Returns Form together in a parcel. You can download a copy of the returns form here.
  2. Send your parcel using a traceable* mode of delivery to: 
    8 Pandan Crescent #05-01 Singapore 128464

    Your return must be made within 45 days from the date of delivery

  3. Store Credit will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.

*It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible for returns?

We'll drop you an email once we've processed your parcel and will have to return your order back to you.
