Retail Associate - Flagship, Singapore

The role

As part of our pioneer team for our first ever flagship store in Singapore at 313@Somerset, you will play an important role in the building of our retail business unit and representing our brand to the masses. Reporting into the Retail Store Manager, you will be integral to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we go into hyper growth over the next few years!

Your main role is to educate our guests on the fit, silhouette, colours, fabric and features of our products. Through our guest interactions, we aim to empower women to gain confidence through styling and clothing. At Love, Bonito, we put the LB woman at the heart of everything we do.

Main responsibilities

  • Create EXCITEMENT in our product launches, workshops and events for our guests

Retail Store Manager - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The role

Fit Model (Part Time) - HQ, Singapore

Job Description:

    • You will work alongside with the Love, Bonito design team and play an important role by giving feedback on the fit, movement and feel of the garment in a clear and detailed manner
    • Willingness to model all types of apparel including tops, bottoms, jackets, dresses and swimwear for fittings

Requirements:

    • Clothing to a commercial Size UK6-8, height between 160cm to 168cm
    • Work effectively and enthusiastically during fit sessions with the designers
    • Good communication skills & attitude a must.
    • Experience of fit model is preferred but not essential
    • Fit models must maintain their target weight and size to maintain consistent sizing
    • This position is approximately 2-3 half-day/full-day shifts per week; scheduled Monday

You should have / be

  • Strong web, mobile, ecommerce/fashion related design experience

  • Strong visual sense and a keen eye for design

  • Ability to handle end to end design process from  user personas, information architecture, wireframe layout, visual design mood boarding, and template development/testing (mobile and platform compatibility) while maintaining optimal performance time.

  • Familiarity with design techniques, such as, building user personas, storyboarding, user research and wireframes.

  • Create UX/UI artefacts that are suitable for engineering purposes

Main responsibilities

  • Go through design details, ensuring that product meets UI/UX guidelines and standards with the engineering team

  • Creation of UX related artefacts to help deliver product scoping/planning and delivery

  • Work with Product Management to deliver products/features that delights external and internal customers

  • Documenting ongoing progress and status on work assignments in project management software and communicate these updates regularly

  • Participating in key internal meetings including weekly status updates and planning sessions

Qualification and Experience

  • Previous freelancing / startup experience

  • Online portfolio with a range of interactive/visual samples

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX design

  • Excellent understanding of user experience design for the Web, mobile, or touch devices.

  • Experience with Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools.

  • Ability to prototype and demonstrate design concepts to extended stakeholders using Invision, Principle or Framer tools.

  • Fluent in responsive design, native mobile/tablet UI UX design.

  • Advance knowledge of major mobile platforms. Strong design portfolio, either of client projects or personal ones.

  • Experience in conducting user research through various methods, and abilities to translate research finding into tangible product feature requirements or improvements is a plus

Regional PR & Community Executive - HQ, Singapore

The role

You will be responsible for contributing to the overall marketing strategy across digital and retail touchpoints for the Singapore and International sites. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito’s brand in our focus markets across all major platforms and channels, primarily, e-commerce site/app, retail stores, crm, social media, paid & organic marketing, events & activations. You will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.
