Book A Stylist

Book-A-Stylist is a curated shopping service to make shopping at Love, Bonito an absolute breeze (and joy!).

You'll be personally assisted by our Style Ambassadors (A.K.A our in-house style experts) - they'll do everything they can to help you discover your unique style, with the perfect apparel selection to match.

Bookings can now be made here!

During this one-hour session, our Style Ambassadors will dress you according to YOU.

That includes your body shape, hair colour, lifestyle, personality, preferences and skin tone. Our team of passionate individuals will help you embrace but also discover yourself through fashion.

Long story short, expert advice with no interruption while you're having fun exploring new styles!

It's simple - just pick a slot that fits your schedule and share some info about yourself with us so our Style Ambassadors will be able to create a tailored edit just for you, ready the moment you arrive for your session. That's it!

A styling session has a booking fee of S$30, which is fully redeemable at any of our Singapore retail stores (excluding Gift Cards).

You can redeem the S$30 when making a purchase at the end of your styling session (if any).

We totally understand if you'd like more time to consider making a purchase - feel free to swing by another day instead!

No worries, your S$30 is redeemable within 1 year from the date of your styling session.

You'll receive an email confirmation for your styling session and our team will contact you within 3 business days to lock it down!

We get that sometimes schedules change and unexpected things happen. We've all been there!

Here are our policies regarding cancellations and the rescheduling of your styling session:

• If you cancel or reschedule your styling session more than 1 business day in advance, there won't be any cancellation or additional fees. Please notify us via email.
• If you need to reschedule your styling session with less than one 1 business day in advance, we'll do our best to accommodate you. Please notify us via email.
• If you cancel your styling session less than 24 hours in advance without rescheduling, there won't be any refunds or any reimbursements

There will not be refunds or any reimbursement for "no-shows". If you need help on the above, please reach us at styling@lovebonito.com.

Our Book-A-Stylist service is currently available in our Singapore stores only!

Nope, it's not! If you'd like to book a session as a gift to someone else, please make sure to fill up the form with the giftee's details instead and indicate this in the "Additional Requests" box on the e-form.

Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.

To request for an extension, please drop us a message at styling@lovebonito.com with the following details:

1. Reason why you missed the redemption deadline
2. Preferred appointment date for your Book-A-Stylist session

Each session is limited to one person only.

If you'd like to bring your friends along, please let us know beforehand! We may restrict the number of people allowed in each session at our discretion.
