GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The  Love, Bonito x cheak Style and Shop Event Giveaway is available from 11 June, 12pm to 13 June 2025, 11.59pm (GMT +8).  

ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to any member of the public from the Philippines.

Each person must submit one valid entry. By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions, Love, Bonito’s privacy policy at  https://www.lovebonito.com/ph/global/privacy-policy, and Love, Bonito’s general terms and conditions at https://www.lovebonito.com/ph/terms-and-conditions (“LB Terms”). You cannot take part in the Giveaway unless you agree with the LB Terms. Love, Bonito is not responsible for any loss or damage in relation to this giveaway. This giveaway is solely administered by Love, Bonito.

This Giveaway is not open to employees of Love, Bonito.

In total, 1 eligible participant will be selected by Love, Bonito to receive the prize. 

SELECTION CRITERIA

Love, Bonito’s decision in this matter shall be final. No entrant will have the right to appeal or challenge Love, Bonito’s decision. Love, Bonito is not obliged to give any reasons for their decision, and will not engage in any conversation or correspondence with any person regarding their decision.

To be valid, the entry submitted must comply with the following requirements:

- Meet the eligibility requirements set out in ‘ELIGIBILITY’ above; 
- Meet the mechanics requirements set out in ‘MECHANICS’ above;
- The Participant, by participating in the Love, Bonito x cheak Style and Shop Event Giveaway, represents and warrants that the entry (Like, follow, comment and tag) are from his/her personal Instagram account. 

THE WINNERS' OBLIGATIONS 

The winner will be selected via a randomized draw at Love, Bonito’s sole discretion and announced on 14 June 2025. They will be contacted only through @lovebonitoph on Instagram—please do not share personal details with any other account. Love, Bonito is not responsible for missed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact info, or other technical issues. If the Love, Bonito x cheak Style and Shop Event Giveaway winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 2 days, it may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant.

Prize receipt is subject to all applicable laws. Any violation of the rules will result in disqualification as winner of the Love, Bonito x cheak Style and Shop Event Giveaway, and all privileges obtained as a result of winning will be immediately terminated.

There will be 1 prize to be won in total by 1 participant from the Philippines. 

Each winner will get:

• 2 invites (for winner and plus one)  to Love, Bonito x cheak Style and Shop Event (June 18, 2pm at Love, Bonito Power Plant Malll)

Prizes are subject to ‘SELECTION CRITERIA’ above. Love, Bonito reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of a similar value. Love, Bonito reserves the right to cancel the Love, Bonito x cheak Style and Shop Event Giveaway, or change the prizes of the Love, Bonito x cheak Style and Shop Event Giveaway without prior notice or notification, with immediate effect and without liability. Prize is non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable. Prize cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

THIS Love, Bonito x cheak Style and Shop Event Giveaway, IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SINGAPORE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Love, Bonito x cheak Style and Shop Event Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Love, Bonito x cheak Style and Shop Event Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Singapore having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees.  Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

All participants shall agree to Love, Bonito’s collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of Love, Bonito x cheak Style and Shop Event Giveaway, administration and publicity, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Love, Bonito owns the intellectual property rights to all materials (including but not limited to comments and images) that are produced from the entries submitted in the  Love, Bonito x cheak Style and Shop Event Giveaway.
