Exchange an online purchase at the store
Online purchases can be exchanged at any of our retail stores within 30 days* from the date of delivery/collection.
You must have a valid order number for your online purchase. A one-time exchange can be made for the same design, to a different size or colour only. If the design is not available in-store, you can return your order over the counter for Store Credit, usable on your next online purchase!
Once an exchange for an online order has been made, it cannot be further returned for Store Credit.
Return an online order at the store
You're welcome to drop off online order/s at our store, as long as your order is within 30 days* from the date of delivery/collection.
Please ensure you have your return order information on hand, and our retail team will assist in processing your return so you can receive your Store Credit right away.
Store Credit can be used in your next online order with us, or for your store purchase ;)
*Purchase of sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
*For orders placed from 13th December 2020 onwards, our returns/exchange timeframe has been extended to 60 days from the usual 30 days due to the ongoing Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).
