How to Return/Exchange

How do I return my order?

We've got a couple of options for you:

1. Drop it off at one of our stores* (it's free)!

  • Fill up our returns form and pack it with your item(s) together in a parcel. You can download a copy of the form here.
  • Return over the cashier in any of our Malaysia stores within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Store Credit will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.
  • You can exchange your online order in-store to the same product of different size/colour only

2. Post your return via CollectCo** kiosks at a flat rate of RM7.00

  • Find your nearest CollectCo kiosk here
  • Create a CollectCo return label here
  • Return must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery

3. Post your return via PostCo** kiosks at a flat rate of RM7.00

  • Find your nearest PostCo kiosk here
  • Book a parcel return with PostCo here
    • Select ‘Love, Bonito’ as your ‘Return to’ location
  • Return must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery

*Our store in Genting does not accept returns. You can exchange your online order in-store to the same product of different size/colour only.

**For orders placed from 13th December 2020 onwards, our returns timeframe has been extended to 60 days from the usual 30 days due the ongoing Movement Control Order (MCO).
 

How do I exchange my online order?

Exchange an online purchase at our store

Online purchases can be exchanged at any of our retail stores. You must have a valid order number for your online purchase. A one-time exchange can be made for the same design, to a different size or colour only. If the design is not available in-store, you can return your order over the counter for Store Credit, usable on your next online purchase!

Once an exchange for an online order has been made, it cannot be further returned for Store Credit.

Exchanges can only be made at our stores. If you are unable to visit our stores, please opt for a return instead. You will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used to on your next purchase.

 

I received a defective item, how do I request for an exchange?

We're incredibly sorry you received a defective item! :(

Please give us a chance to fix this - drop us an email at hellomy@lovebonito.com within 30 days from the delivery date with the following info:

  1. Your Order Reference (e.g LBMY002123456)
  2. The product code of the defected item (e.g. HY1234-001-XS)
  3. Photo of the defect

Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. If the piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.

For defective items, you'll be sent a return postage label to return your order. Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags on.

We recommend returning defective items only via our prepaid postage label, as any charges incurred for using other modes of delivery won't be reimbursed.

Can I return/exchange my online purchase at the store?

If the design is not available in-store, you can return your order over the counter for Store Credit, usable on your next online purchase!

Return an online order at the store

You're welcome to drop off online order/s at our store! You'll need to fill up an e-form so an email acknowledgement of your return will be sent to you. The email acknowledgement is only a notification that we have received your return and does not mean that your returns have been processed successfully. 

Please ensure you've filled in your details correctly, as this information may be used as a form of reference when your return is processed. You'll receive Store Credit into your Love, Bonito account within 14 business days.

Store Credit can be used in your next online order with us.

*Purchase of sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Please ensure you have your return order information on hand, and our retail team will assist in processing your return so you can receive your Store Credit right away.

Store Credit can be used in your next online order with us, or for your store purchase ;)

  2. Return via CollectCo or PostCo at a flat rate of RM7*
