What is it like transitioning through different seasons of your life?
Any change is always a challenge, be it a change of lifestyle, change or pace, or even a change of environment. Transitioning into motherhood, for example, was a major life shift for me and I really had to adjust to my new schedule and prioritizing everyone ahead of myself. I wasn’t used to making myself my last priority. It was a tough thing to face, but I truly believe that it is through these challenges that we discover more about ourselves and grow the most.
What was the most exciting part?
Discovering new things about myself that I never knew before. I learned that I am much stronger and more resilient than I thought. I discovered that I had this strong love inside me and that this love didn’t run out. It was a joy to learn about myself and rediscover myself.
A piece of advice for women who are going through transitions in life:
