Why is my order taking so long to reach me?

There might be delivery delays to various countries due to limited flights available with the delivery partner we are working with.

During this period, the parcel's tracking status might take longer than usual to reflect updates.

For orders to the Phillippines, how will the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine affect the delivery of my order?

The Philippines government recently reimposed a Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) with effect from 4 August 2020 to 18 August 2020.

We'll still continue to accept orders to the Philippines. However, please expect some delays in deliveries due to flight cancellations and custom clearance. Most mass transportation and domestic flights will also be suspended during this period.

How do I return order(s) during this period?

You may still engage your preferred courier service to ship your returns back to our warehouse in Singapore. More details here.
