What does Body Positivity mean to you?
Body positivity to me really means being able to love your body unconditionally even on the days it doesn't feel the best.
"Body positivity isn't an overnight process, it's a lifelong journey and I hope that one day we'd all be able to show up for ourselves even on the days that we don't feel worthy of love."
How does Body Positivity affect you personally?
Body positivity has taught me to love myself unconditionally and to really show up on the day that I don't feel worthy of love and on the days when I feel ugly. It has really improve my confidence level and really build my self esteem because I don't need the validation from the external world. Lastly, it has really taught me how to be grateful to the body that has supported me for years.
