What is the LBCommunity+ Program?

LBCommunity+ is a loyalty rewards program that allows you to earn points, redeem exciting rewards and enjoy special perks and experiences. Signing up is free!

How do I sign up for LBCommunity+?

If you have an existing account on lovebonito.com/sg as of 4th June 2020, you’ll be automatically enrolled into LBCommunity+. You’ll be assigned a tier - either Member, Silver or Gold - and a list of benefits based on your online purchases made in the previous 6 months under this account.

If you don’t have an account, you can create one for free here! You'll have to be above the age of 18 and based in Singapore to create an account.

What are the different tier levels and benefits?

LBCommunity+ has 3 different tiers that will be assigned to you based on how much you spend over a 12-month period:

Member: No spend required
Silver: SGD 500 spend within 12 months
Gold: SGD 1,200 spend within 12 months

How can I find out more about my tier benefits?

You can refer to My Rewards to find out about all the exciting perks and rewards!

When will my tier status be downgraded?

Member tier: Your tier status will never expire.

Silver tier: Your tier status will be downgraded to Member tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of $500 over a 12-month period from the date you joined LBCommunity+.

Gold tier: Your tier status will be downgraded to Silver or Member if you do not hit the accumulated spend of $1200 over a 12-month period from the date you joined LBCommunity+.

However, if your tier status was upgraded within the last 3 months before your anniversary, you’ll maintain your tier status till your next anniversary. Here’s an example:

A customer joins LBCommunity+ on Jan 2020 as Member status
On her 1st anniversary Jan 2021, she is still Member status as she only spent $300 within the last 12 months
On Nov 2021, she spends $500 in Nov 2021 and is upgraded to Silver
On her 2nd year anniversary Jan 2022, she maintains her Silver tier status because she was upgraded to Silver in last 3 months

What happens if my tier gets downgraded?

Not to worry, you’ll still get to enjoy the benefits of your new tier.

The good news is that you will not lose any of your points. As soon as you’ve met the minimum spend required to reach the next tier, you’ll be upgraded again!

Will my tier be downgraded when I redeem my points?

Not at all! Redeeming your points won’t affect your tier. To maintain your tier status, you only need to meet an accumulated spend required for the tier.
