  • Can I return my purchase?

    Yes, you can!

    For online purchases

    Singapore: Returns must reach us within 14 calendar days from delivered date.
    International: Returns must reach us within 28 calendar days from delivered date.

    Return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with clothing tags intact.
    You will be issued an online gift code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for a year. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.

    *Purchase of sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Selected promotional discounts are not eligible for returns.

    For in store purchases 

    Purchases made in Love, Bonito stores cannot be returned or refunded. However, you can easily exchange your item(s) at our stores within 14 days starting from purchase date.
    For more information, you may refer to the 'Exchanges' section for more information.

    *Purchase of sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Selected promotional discounts are not eligible for returns.

  • How do I return an item? (only applicable for online purchases)

    1. Drop it off at one of our stores: It's free!

    Pack your item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel. You can download a copy of the form here.
    Drop your parcel off at the cashier at any of our Singapore stores within 14 calendar days from the delivered date for local Singapore orders or 28 calendar days from the delivered date for international orders.
    You will receive your online credit voucher within 14 business days* after dropping off your parcel at our store.

    2. Mail it back to us:

    1. Pack the item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel.
    2. Send your parcel using a traceable** mode of delivery to: 8 Pandan Crescent #05-01 Singapore 128464
    3. Your return will be processed within 14 working days from the day we receive your parcel.

    *Please ensure that your return order fulfills our Returns Policy before dropping it off at store, as the order will only be checked during processing after the parcel has been transferred to our office.
    **We strongly encourage that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

  • How long does it take for my return parcel to be processed?

    Returns will be processed within 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel.
    We'll drop you an email update once your return has been processed!

  • How will I receive my refund?

    Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account.
    The online gift voucher will have a one year validity.

  • Where can I get a returns form?

    You should be able to find a returns from in your order, but don't worry if you can't locate it - you can print a copy right here.

  • Do I need to pay to return my items?

    Fees will not be charged for returns. All you have to do is cover the postage to send the item back to us and we'll take care of everything else!

  • Can I drop off my parcel personally at your office?

    As our team is hard at work processing all orders and return parcels promptly (while also continuously designing the best products and content for you!), we are currently unable to attend to walk-ins. However, you can choose to drop your parcel off at our store should you be located in Singapore.

  • Singapore Delivery

  • What are the delivery options and when can I receive my order?

    We currently offer three delivery options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs!

    • FREE Standard shipping with no mininum purchase: Delivers within 3 business days upon dispatch.
    • Express shipping: Delivers within 1 business day upon dispatch. SGD 3.50 per order. 
    • POPStation: When your order reaches the POPStation, collect within 5 days. Free!

    Upon order confirmation, your order will be dispatched to our courier partners within 2 business days. Thereafter, you can expect your delivery within the above timeframes. 

    More about POPStation:

    1. Select POPStation at checkout and enter your postcode
    2. Your 5 nearest POPStation will be available for selection.
    3. You will receive a sms and email notification once the parcel is ready for collection
    4. Collect your parcel within 5 days

    Your parcel must be collected within 5 days from arrival at the POPStation or it will be returned to Love, Bonito and re-delivery will be chargeable.

  • Can I track my order?

    All deliveries will come with tracking.

    Your order’s tracking ID (e.g LB1234567) can be found in the order confirmation email.

  • I haven't received my parcel. Who can I contact?

    Before reaching out to us, please do a quick check if your parcel's status is updated.

  • Are there restricted areas/ zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to?

    We do not deliver to army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore.
    We are also unable to deliver to P.O boxes, as deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.

  • Do you deliver on weekends?

    Yes, for local Singapore orders only.
    Simply indicate your interest by selecting the weekend delivery option upon checkout.
    Weekend deliveries are available on Saturdays, from 9am to 10pm only.

  • Are there additional charges for re-delivery?

    For Standard & Express delivery options:
    Delivery attempts will be made up to three times, upon which parcels will be returned to Love, Bonito if the 3rd delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
    A re-delivery charge of SGD 2.00 for Standard Courier or POPStation and SGD 3.50 for Express Courier will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be delivered again.

    For Pick-up via POPStation:
    Parcels must be collected within 5 days from your selected kiosk. Uncollected parcels will be returned to Love, Bonito.
    A re-delivery charge of SGD 2.00 for Standard Courier or POPStation and SGD 3.50 for Express Courier will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be delivered again.

  • Will I be charged customs and import duty for my parcel?

    The shipping fee paid during checkout does not include customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid).
    Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations.
    If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.

    If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before we proceed to arrange re-delivery.

    In most countries, any customs or import duties are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination. Love, Bonito does not have control over these charges hence we are unable to include it in the shipping fee or advise on how much the cost will be as it varies between countries.
    In order to avoid unplanned cost, it will be good to check with your local customs office before placing an order.

  • What happens if I did not manage to collect my order?

    Upon the third unsuccessful delivery attempt or if it has exceeded 21 days, whichever comes first, the parcel will be returned to us and return fees will incur.

    For us to dispatch your order to you again, re-delivery fees will be chargeable.

    Should you prefer to return your order for online credits, please note that the return fees that were incurred will be deducted from your issued credits.

  • Order Issues

  • Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

    We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure its processed and delivered promptly. This means we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.
    For more information on how to return your order, refer to the 'Returns' section for more details.

  • I received a defective item. What should I do?

    We are extremely sorry for sending you a defective item!

    For online purchases: Please contact us, here, within 14 calendar days of receiving your order with the following information:

    1. Your order number
    2. The name/ product code of the defected item
    3. Photograph of the defect

    We will be in touch on the next steps to take and advise on the availability of replacement.

    For all items deemed defective, you will be provided with a ezyReturn postage label to return your order with. 

    We are very sorry that charges incurred for using other modes of return delivery will not be reimbursed.

    If a replacement is no longer available, an online gift voucher will be provided instead. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact.

    For Singapore store purchases: Bring your defected item and receipt to the store you bought the item from, within 14 calendar days and a replacement piece will be given on the spot. If the item is no longer available, you can choose to exchange it for a different item of similar or higher value (and top up the difference).

  • I received a wrong item. What should I do?

    We are so sorry for mixing up your order!

    Please contact us, here, within 14 calendar days of receiving your order with the following information:

    1. Your order number
    2. The name/ product code of item you have ordered
    3. The name/ product code of item you have received
    4. A photograph of the picking list

    We will be in touch on the next steps to take and advise on the availability of replacement.

    Upon review of the incorrect order received, you will be provided with a ezyReturn postage label to return your order with. 

    We are very sorry that charges incurred for using other modes of delivery will not be reimbursed.

    If a replacement is no longer available, an online gift voucher will be provided instead. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact.

  • An item is missing from my parcel! What should I do?

    If you have not received any prior notice from us, please contact us with the following information:

    1. Your order number
    2. The name/ product code of the missing item
    3. A photograph of the picking list
  • Exchanges

  • Can I exchange my purchase?

    For online purchases: You may exchange your online purchase at our Singapore stores for another size or colour. We regret that we do not accept exchanges to other designs currently. If your desired size or colour is no longer available at the store, you may drop off your order at the cashier and it will be processed for online store credits* within 14 business days.

    *Purchase of sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Selected promotional discounts are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

  • How can I purchase a Love, Bonito gift card?

    Someone's lucky to have you as a friend :)

    We have 2 types of Gift Cards available!

    E-Gift Cards 
    Available for purchase online here. They're available in denominations of SGD 20, SGD 50 and SGD 100.
    You can choose to have them sent on a particular date and it will be sent to your recipient of choice via email.
    E-Gift Cards can only be used on our website (www.lovebonito.com).  

    Retail Gift Cards
    Available for purchase in Love, Bonito’s SG retail stores only and it is non-refundable, non-extensible and non-exchangeable for cash or credit.
    They're available in denominations of SGD 20, SGD 50 and SGD 80.

  • How long are your E-Gift Cards valid for?

    Our E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and they are non-refundable, non-extensible and non-transferable.

  • How can I redeem a gift card?

    You're one lucky girl :-D

    While checking out your order, simply apply the code indicated in the email into the 'Gift Card' field.

    If the order value of your cart exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance can be paid via:
    Visa debit and credit cards, MasterCard debit and credit cards, and online banking via all major local banks

    Any balance unused amount will remain, which you may re-apply the same code in another order until the full amount has been utilised.

    You can make a purchase via our website (international) or visit our stores (we're currently in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Cambodia).

    When making a purchase on www.lovebonito.com,

    1. Choose the categories (New In, Clothing, Shoes & Accessories, Back in Stock) or labels (Essentials, Petite, LYLAS) that you're interested in and start browsing.
    2. When you find an item you love, choose your colour, size and quantity and add to cart.
    3. You can continue shopping or complete your order by viewing your shopping cart.
    4. If you'd like to process your order, you can log into your account or sign up for a new account if it's your first time purchasing.
    5. Check that your delivery address is correct.
    6. Choose your preferred delivery method.
    7. Select a payment method.
    8. Confirm your order and you're done!

    You'll receive an email confirmation immediately when payment is successful.

  • What if the item I want is out of stock?

    We are constantly bringing back popular designs so don't worry!

    You are welcome to exchange your store purchase within 14 days.

    Exchanges can be made at a different outlet from where your purchase was made.

    We accept exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact. 

    Please present your receipt for us to facilitate the exchange. 

    Exchanges cannot be made to a Store Gift Card.

    All exchanges are final.


    Exchange (for online purchase only)

    For your online purchase, we provide exchanges in-store within 14 days from date of delivery, for another size or colour of the same design only.

    If your desired size or colour is not available, you may return your item over the counter and we will issue you with a gift voucher within 14 business days.

    Refund
    We do not provide cash or credit refunds.
  • What if my purchase is defective?

    We are so sorry about that! Please approach our staff with your item and your receipt and they will help you from there.

  • Store Gift Card Terms & Conditions

    • Retail Gift Cards can be purchased in Love, Bonito’s Singapore retail stores only and it is non-refundable, non-extensible and non-exchangeable for cash or credit.
    • You may utilize this gift card for 1 time usage in our Singapore retail stores only. All remaining unused credits will be forfeited. (The entire value of the gift card must be used in 1 transaction only)
    • Retail Gift Cards are not valid for the purchase of another retail gift card.
    • Upon payment, your gift card must be presented to the cashier for gift card credit redemption.
    • Retail Gift Cards are only valid for use for 6 months from date of purchase.
    • Retail Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
    • Love, Bonito reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review any gift cards for suspected fraud, For gift cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of Gift Card policies.
    • Retail Gift Cards cannot be utilized together with any store promotions or discounts for your purchases.
  • Returning an online purchase in-store

    We accept online purchase returns at our retail stores. Before returning an order at our stores, please ensure your order is eligible for returns here.

    Our retail stores serve as a return channel and acceptance of your return order at our store does not confirm your order is valid for returns.

    Once you have dropped off your return at our store, your online store credits will be issued to you within 14 business days.

  • Alteration Service

  • Whom do I approach to get my Love, Bonito apparel altered?

    We now provide alteration services at our 313@somerset flagship store, so you have no more worries about finding your ultimate perfect fit!

    Simply approach any of our friendly staff in-store with the piece and invoice and they will be able to advise you accordingly!

    Do note that alterations can only be done to orders made within 30days (from date of purchase in store or date of delivery for online purchase).

  • Are all items valid for alteration services?

    Only items purchased directly from our retail store and website (www.lovebonito.com) with valid proof of purchase are eligible for this service.

    • Store purchase - within 30 days from date of purchase
    • Online purchase - within 30 days from date of delivery

    Love, Bonito reserves the right to refuse or cancel any items that do not meet the requirements. 

    We regret that only selected designs are valid for alteration depending on product features and alteration specifications. If you are unsure, please head down to the store to find out more.

    e.g. bottoms with zipper at hem will not be accepted for length alteration due to unique product feature.

    e.g. alterations for waist and bust can only be done on sleeveless or strappy tops and dresses.

    Due to some alteration specifications, we are unable to accommodate alterations on waist and bust for sleeved items at the moment.


  • What do I need to provide to make an alteration order?

    Simply bring along your original physical receipt or invoice for verification.

  • How much are the alteration services?

    You may refer to our price list in store for more information.

  • What if I want to request for a special alteration service that is not provided in your price list?

    At the moment, we only provide length, bust and waist alterations. However, we will roll out more variations of alteration services at a later date so do stay tuned!

  • When are my altered items ready for collection?

    Your items will be ready after 7 calendar days. You may collect them at the store anytime from 11am to 10pm daily.

    Please bring along your alteration receipt to collect your order!

    All items will be kept for 6 months upon self-collection date. Items that are not collected will be disposed of.


  • Why is there a mark on my item’s size tag?

    An altered item will have its size label defaced as an indication.

  • Where do I collect my item after they are altered?

    We do not provide delivery services for altered items. Please kindly return to the same outlet you've dropped off your items for self-collection.

  • Can I return, exchange or get a refund for my item if it has been altered?

    All altered items will not be eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds. Please kindly ensure that your item is in good condition prior to alteration.
