  • Can I return my purchase?

    Yes, you can!

    For online purchases: You can return your item(s) to us, as long as they reach us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for local Singapore orders, or 28 calendar days of the delivery date for international orders. We accept returns for items that are unworn and unwashed, so long as their tags are unaltered and intact. Sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags cannot be returned. Exclusions apply for certain promotional campaigns as well, please refer to their respective terms and conditions for the returns eligibility.

    You will be refunded with an online gift code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for a year. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.

    For in store purchases (in Singapore & Malaysia): Purchases made in Love, Bonito stores cannot be returned. However, you can easily exchange your item(s) at our stores. Kindly refer to the 'Exchanges' section for more information.

  • How do I return an item? (only applicable for online purchases)

    1. Pack the item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel. You can download a copy of the form here.

    3. Your return will be processed within 14 working days from the day we receive your parcel.

    *We strongly encourage that your return is sent to us via traceable modes as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

  • How long does it take for my return parcel to be processed?

    Returns will be processed within 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel.

    You will receive an email update once your return has been processed.

  • How will I receive my refund?

    Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account.

  • Where can I get a returns form?

    You should be able to find a returns from in your order, but don't worry if you can't locate it - you can easily print a new copy right here.

  • Do I need to pay to return my items?

    Fees will not be charged for returns. All you have to do is cover the postage to send the item back to us and we'll take care of everything else!

  • Can I drop off my parcel personally at Love, Bonito’s HQ?

    As our team in HQ is hard at work processing all orders and return parcels promptly (while also continuously designing the best products and content for you!), we are currently unable to attend to walk-ins. However, you can choose to drop your parcel off at our store should you be located in Singapore or Malaysia.

  • Local Delivery (SG)

  • What are the delivery options and when can I receive my order?

    Upon order confirmation, we'll need up to 2 business days to process and pack your parcel. It'll then be dispatched to our local courier partners (NinjaVan or Courex) for delivery.

    We currently offer three delivery options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs!

    • Express: 1 business day upon dispatch. SGD 3.50 per order.
    • Standard: Within 3 business days upon dispatch. Free!
    • Drop Point Pick-up via Ninja Collect: Within 3 business days upon dispatch. Free!

    More about Ninja Collect:
    It's a self-service delivery method, allowing customers to collect their parcels from either Ninja Boxes or Ninja Points. There are several locations for Ninja Collect and they can be found all over Singapore. The full list of locations can be found here. Upon selection of Ninja Collect, a verification code and more details on parcel collection will be sent via email and SMS after your parcel has been dispatched to Ninja Van and is ready for collection. Your parcel must be collected within 48 hours from arrival at the Ninja Box or Ninja Point or it will be returned to Love, Bonito and re-delivery will be chargeable.   • Can I track my order?

    Yes, you can!

    First, you'll need to simply locate your tracking number, which goes by 'LBXXXXXXX', where XXXXXXX is the 7-digit Order ID found in the URL of your order history page.
    Then, just visit your respective courier website, where you'll be able to see the updated delivery status. It may just take up to 1 business day upon the dispatch of your delivery for the order status to be refreshed.

    Delivery status can be tracked on either NinjaVan's or Courex's websites.

  • I haven't received my parcel. Who can I contact?

    You will be able to track the status of your parcel on Ninjavan's or Courex's websites.
    If you are unable to track your order, email us at hello@lovebonito.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Are there restricted areas/ zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to?

    We generally do not deliver to army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore (only because we aren't allowed to!).

  • Do you deliver on weekends?

    Yes, for local Singapore orders only.
    Simply indicate your interest by selecting the weekend delivery option upon checkout.
    Weekend deliveries are available on Saturdays, from 9am to 10pm only.

  • Are there additional charges for re-delivery?

    For Standard & Express delivery options:
    Delivery attempts will be made up to three times, upon which parcels will be returned to Love, Bonito should the 3rd delivery attempt be unsuccessful.
    A re-delivery charge of SGD 2.00 for Standard Courier or Ninja Collect and SGD 3.50 for Express Courier will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be delivered again.

    For Drop Point Pick-up via Ninja Collect:
    Parcels must be collected within 48 hours from the Ninja Box or Ninja Point. Uncollected parcels will be returned to Love, Bonito.
    A re-delivery charge of SGD 2.00 for Standard Courier or Ninja Collect and SGD 3.50 for Express Courier will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be delivered again.

  • I opted for Standard Courier, why am I asked to do a collection?

    Not to worry, this is a new initiative by NinjaVan!

    Upon dispatch from Love, Bonito, your parcel will be allocated to a nearby Ninja Point (within 1km of their designated delivery address) for collection on Day 1 and Day 2. Should you decide to give collection a miss (by simply not collecting), NinjaVan will automatically proceed with home delivery on day 3 as per normal.

  • International Delivery

  • Do you deliver internationally?

    Yes, we deliver worldwide! Aramex is our courier partner for all international deliveries.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, you can!

  • I haven't received my parcel. Who can I contact?

    You will be able to track the status of your parcel on Aramex.

  • Payment

  • What are the available modes of payment?

    For online purchases: We offer the following modes of payment - Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
    For in store purchases (in Singapore & Malaysia): We accept cash in local currency and most major credit cards.

  • What if I am unable to complete payment?

    Orders with "Awaiting WireCard/ PayPal Payment" statuses will be automatically cancelled after 1 hour. Any codes applied in the order will be automatically reinstated as well.

  • Order Issues

  • Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

    We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure its processed and delivered promptly, which means we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.
    However, you can always return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order, refer to the 'Returns' section for more details.

  • I received a defective item. What should I do?

    We're extremely sorry for sending you a defective item :(

    For online purchases: Please email us at hello@lovebonito.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order with,

    1. Your order number
    2. The name/ product code of the defected item
    3. Photograph of the defect

    Our pixies will be in touch on the next steps to take.

    You will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective, and a replacement piece will be mailed to you. However, if the item is no longer in stock, an online credit voucher will be provided instead. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact.

    For in store purchases (in Singapore & Malaysia): Bring your defected item and receipt to the store you bought the item from within 14 calendar days and a replacement piece will be given on the spot. However, if the item is no longer in stock, you can choose to exchange it for a different item of similar or higher value (and top up the difference).

  • I received a wrong item. What should I do?

    We're so sorry for mixing up your order!

    Postage will be reimbursed for the postage you've incurred to return the wrong item, and a replacement piece will be mailed to you.   • An item is missing from my parcel! What should I do?

    Fret not! Do first do a quick check through your email inbox to see if our team has already reached out to you separately.

    If you have not received any notice from us, please email us at hello@lovebonito.com with,

    1. Your order number
    2. The name/ product code of the missing item
    3. A photograph of the picking list

    Our pixies will check in your order and send you a replacement once it has confirmed to be missing. However, if the item is no longer in stock, an online credit voucher will be provided instead.

  • Wondering what the last order dates are for Christmas?

    If you would like to have your order reach you before Christmas, here are the recommended dates for you to place your order by - 

    Local Orders: 15th December 2017

    International Orders: 11th December 2017

    This will allow ample time for us and our delivery partners to have your order packed and delivered to you :)

  • Exchanges (Store)

  • Can I exchange my purchase?

    For online purchases: We do not offer any product exchanges (size/ colour/ item). However, you may choose to return your item(s) instead. Refer to the 'Returns' section for more info.

    For in-store purchases (in Singapore & Malaysia): You can always exchange your item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Simply bring the item(s) and your receipt with you to the store and our staff will help you from there. We accept exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags unaltered and intact. Sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags cannot be exchanged.

  • Gift Cards

  • How can I purchase a Love, Bonito gift card?

    Someone's lucky to have you as a friend :)

    Our electronic gift cards can be purchased online HERE. They're currently available in denominations of SGD 20, SGD 50 and SGD 100.
    You can choose to have them delivered on a particular date and they will be be delivered to your recipient of choice via email.

    Currently, they can only be used on our website and we do not offer physical gift cards online or at our stores.

  • How long are your gift cards valid for?

    Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable, non-extensible and are to be redeemed within a single transaction only.

  • How can I redeem a gift card?

    You're one lucky girl :-D

    Simply apply the code received in email into the 'Gift Card' field while checking out to utilize it in your order.

    If the order value of your cart exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be paid via either Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.

  • How do I shop?

    You can make a purchase via our website (international) or visit our stores (we're currently in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Cambodia).

    When making a purchase on www.lovebonito.com,

    1. Choose the categories (New In, Clothing, Shoes & Accessories, Back in Stock) or labels (Essentials, Petite, LYLAS) that you're interested in and start browsing.
    2. When you find an item you love, choose your colour, size and quantity and add to cart.
    3. You can continue to shop or complete your order by viewing your shopping cart.
    4. If you would like to process your order, you can log into your account or sign up for a new account if it's your first time purchasing.
    5. Check that your delivery address is correct.
    6. Choose your preferred delivery method.
    7. Select a payment method.
    8. Confirm your order and you're done!

    You will receive an email confirmation immediately when payment is successful.

  • What if the item I want is out of stock?

    We are constantly bringing back popular designs so don't worry!
    Leave your email under ‘Notify Me When Available' we will let you know when the item is available again.
