To ensure your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, we are unable to amend or cancel your order after confirmation.

Orders with "Awaiting Payment" status will be automatically cancelled within 60 minutes. Please email us with your order number at [email protected]. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can during office hours!

Sorry for sending you a defective item*! Please email [email protected] with your order number, and a photograph of the defect. Our Pixies will be in touch on the next steps to take once we assess the defect. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective. All defective items are to reach us within 10 business days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 20 business days for international orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. 

A replacement will be provided for defective returns. However, if a replacement is no longer in stock, a store credit voucher will be provided.


If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase or if it is ill-fitting, you are welcome to return your item(s) in exchange for a 3-month store credit voucher. We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact, within 10 business days from the date of receipt.

*The above excludes: orders made with promotional codes (unless stated otherwise), sales items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags.

Return parcels are to reach us within 10 business days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 20 business days for international orders.

A return may only be processed when your parcel reaches us. It is most advisable for a return to be sent via registered modes as we would not be responsible for any lost mail sent back through non-traceable mailing options.

For returns in Malaysia, we accept in-stores returns in both our stores in Mid Valley Megamall and Paradigm Mall (addresses as below) within 20 business days from dispatch date.

The Returns Form should be included in all parcels. If there isn’t a Returns Form included in your parcel, you can download a copy of it here.

Your return parcel will be processed within 10 - 14 business days(not inclusive of public holidays and weekends) from the date of our receipt. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

Cash refunds are not provided for return of item(s).

Store credit voucher issued will be equivalent to the purchase price of the item.

We do not reimburse return delivery charges.

To process all orders and return parcels promptly, we are currently unable to attend to walk-ins.


While in your Shopping Bag, apply the store credit voucher code in ‘discount / voucher’ field and click ‘Add’. The subtotal will be updated once the store credit voucher has been applied.

Yes! Orders made with a store credit voucher are valid to be returned. However, this excludes: orders made with promotional codes/discounts, sales items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags.

Store credit vouchers are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable and non-transferable.

With effect from 15 November 2016, newly issued credit vouchers will be applicable for partial use. Any unused value will be returned in the form of another credit note.

All credit vouchers issued before the above date must be used within a single transaction. For unused store credit amount, they will not be reinstated or refunded.


Upon placing the order and 1-2 business days needed for processing, your parcel will be dispatched to our logistics partners (either Ninjavan or Courex).

*Orders made after 2pm will only be processed the next working day.

Our delivery partners will deliver within the following timeframes:

Standard courier: Within 3 working days upon dispatch. Free for local orders!

Express courier: 1 working day upon dispatch. S$3.50 per order.

Ninja Collect: Within 3 working days upon dispatch. Free for local orders!
Ninja Collect is a self-service delivery method, allowing customers to collect their parcels from either Ninja Boxes or Ninja Points. There are several locations for Ninja Collect and they can be found all over Singapore, the full list of locations can be found HERE.

Upon selection of Ninja Collect, a verification code and more details on parcel collection will be sent via email and SMS after it is dispatched to Ninja Van.

Do ensure that you can collect your parcel within 48 hours from arrival at the Ninja Box or Ninja Point as it will be returned to Love, Bonito and there will be a chargeable fee of $2 for re-delivery.

International Courier: Refer to the international shipping chart.

Tracking for International Parcels - Please use to track order transit status. Select ‘Receiver Reference’ and key in your order number in the following format ‘LBXXXXXXX’), with Singapore as ‘Origin Country’.

Yes! We generally do not deliver to army camps, hotels and most of the islands in Singapore.

Yes! Simply indicate your interest by selecting the weekend delivery option upon checkout. Deliveries are only available on Saturdays, from 9am to 12noon.

A redelivery charge of $2.00 for standard courier and $3.50 for express courier will be applicable upon three failed attempts within your chosen time slot.


Each Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are non-refundable and extensible. Gift Cards are to be redeemed within a single transaction only.

Yes we do. You can purchase $50 gift cards at our 313 Somerset pop-up store, located at #B1-24/29. Please note that the physical gift cards can only be used for online purchases.
