We try to make shopping as easy as possible. We understand that you may have some doubts over the course of shopping with us. Kindly take some time to reach through this comprehensive guide should you need any clarification.

We aim to respond to your enquiries or feedbacks within the shortest time and will be replying you during office hours, Monday through Friday except weekends, public holidays (Singapore) and stipulated annual company event days.
ORDERING
1) HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
10 easy steps for an optimum shopping experience with us at Love, Bonito!
- Click on an item to view all details and available colours/sizes (if applicable). Scroll through the drop-list to view all colours/sizes.
- Choose the colour and size (if applicable) you wish to purchase, and click on 'Add to Cart’. This action will lead you to your Shopping Cart Summary, in which you can choose to continue browsing, or make payment for the chosen piece(s). THIS ACTION WILL NOT SECURE THE PIECE(S) IN YOUR CART. How do I confirm my orders then? Refer to point 7.
- Repeat steps (1) and (2) if you wish to add more items to your shopping cart
- Click on ‘Next’ once you’ve finalised all orders
- If you are not logged In, you will be prompted to do so before you can proceed to the next step. Do I need to have an account to purchase from your store? See Question 2
- Check on the sizing and the colour (s) of the items checked out. Confirm your mailing address and mode of shipping (Regular or Registered). Kindly ensure that the size, colour of the item and the mailing address are correct as we’re not able to amend your order once we’ve processed it.
- Choose your payment mode, your order(s) will be CONFIRMED AND RESERVED for 2hours for those who have chosen to make payment via paypal and 12hours for those who have chose internet-banking . What if I can’t make payment during this time frame? See Question 8
- Key in your payment details via the link sent to your email. Why can’t I locate the page to key in my payment details? See Question 9
- You will receive our confirmation email once your payment’s been verified and when your order’s been shipped out
- Be prepared to receive your Love, Bonito merchandises in 3-4 working days (for Local Mails) and 7-14 working days (for International Mails) !
2) DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE?
Yes! Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and first-hand news of our exclusive discounts and special offers.
You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best.
3) DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?
We provide both free-sized and sized apparels alongside with euro sizing shoes. Under each Product Description, we provide measurements of each piece and a gauge of the range of sizes it can fit to help you make your purchases. All measurements are given in inches as denoted by “ unless otherwise stated.
4) HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We are in the midst of providing more payment methods and here are the current 2 payment methods; please choose one that will help ease your transaction:
1. Internet Banking
We currently accept local bank transfers via Internet Banking. We do not accept ATM transfers. Kindly note that Interbank Transfers* take 3 working days to be credited in our account. Payment verification will only take place after the transaction is successful.

5) I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW CAN I USE IT IN PAYING FOR MY ORDERS?
Simply key in your discount code and your total amount will change accordingly.

6) DO YOU HAVE AN E-GIFT CERTIFICATE OR A GIFT VOUCHER I CAN PURCHASE?

7) I HAVE CONFIRMED MY ORDER, CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL IT?
Unfortunately it isn't possible for you to amend items within your order once it has been confirmed. You can check your orders by logging in, going to My Account, and clicking on the ‘History and Details of your orders’ tab. If you need any assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team to see if we can be of any assistance.
8) WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE PAYMENT WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME?
Your order will be automatically cancelled. Please re-add the item(s) in your cart and make payment within your next timeframe, depending on the mode of payment which you have chosen. If you have combined a Backorder item in your cart, you’ll need to re-add it as well.
9) WHY CAN’T I LOCATE THE PAGE TO KEY IN MY PAYMENT DETAILS?
Each order is unique and linked to a specific payment page. Please check your email inbox for our Love, Bonito email, a link to the page will be provided there. If it’s not in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder. To direct our Love, Bonito emails to your inbox, do add admin@lovebonito.com to your Contact List.
Backorders
WHAT IS A BACKORDER?
A backorder is another chance for customers to get pieces that were previously sold out. Backorder stocks will take 3-4 weeks to arrive upon confirmation of payment. Backorders will only be available for a limited period of time, so do check out early to confirm your slot!
HOW DO I PURCHASE A BACKORDER ITEM?
It’s as simple as purchasing an instock item! ; ) The only difference is that you will receive it approximately 4 weeks after payment’s been made.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY BACKORDER ITEMS ARE READY TO BE SHIPPED OUT?
Please check our Backorder Page for status updates nearer to the arrival date. We will update the delivery dates on the page upon receipt of our backorder stocks.
HOW CAN I KEEP TRACK OF MY BACKORDERS?
You can check your orders by logging in, going to My Account, and clicking on the ‘History and Details of your orders’ tab. If you need any assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team to see if we can be of any assistance.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PURCHASE A BACKORDER ALONG WITH AN INSTOCK ITEM?
If you purchase a backorder Item along with an instock piece(s), you will have an option to mail all purchases in one parcel after the backordered item arrives approximately 4 weeks later. However, if you wish to receive your instock item(s) first, you can opt for that by paying a dollar extra. This option can be found at the payment page.
Delivery
1) HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT?
After your payment’s been verified, you will receive an email informing you that your order’s in the midst of preparation for delivery. Once it’s been shipped out from our Warehouse, you’ll receive an email notification as well. To check on your order status, do go to My Account, under ‘History and details of your orders’.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Once you placed and paid for your order, your item(s) will reach you 3-4 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) after it have been dispatched from our Warehouse. You may either opt for normal or registered postage when checking out.
The cost of Regular Postage range from SGD1.50 to SGD16.80 depending on the number of units you’ve ordered.
1 Unit - SGD1.50
Every subsequent unit is SGD 0.50
Apparel – 1 to 3 Units
Shoes & Bags – 2 to 4 Units
Please note that order tracking is not available for normal postage deliveries. Kindly wait for 4 full working days for it to arrive. If it does not arrive by then, you can contact our Customer Service Team and we will be glad to render you assistance.
The cost of Registered Postage starts from SGD 3.74 depending on the number of units you’ve ordered. Kindly note that there is a weight limit of 2kg for any Registered Parcel. Order which exceeds this weight limit will have to be sent via Speedpost instead. You may track your parcel with this delivery mode here.
If you haven’t received your order after 4 working days, kindly contact our Customer Service Team to retrieve your registered parcel number.
Please note that the postman will leave a notification slip if there is no one at the mailing address on delivery. The notification slip will advise you how you can retrieve the parcel at the nearest post office.

2) I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTED / FAULTY ITEM
At Love, Bonito, we seek to provide you quality products. We apologize to have mailed a defected / faulty item. Please click here for more details on our Exchange Policy. If you’re unsure of the procedures, kindly contact our Customer Service Team and we’ll be glad to render any assistance.
We aim to resolve any issue with a defected / faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to inform us as soon as you discover the defect / fault. Please include as many details as possible about the problem and we will reply you within 1 or 2 working days.
3) I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER
We apologize to have mailed you an incorrect item. Please click here for more details on our Exchange Policy. If you’re unsure of the procedures, kindly contact our Customer Service Team and we’ll be glad to be of any assistance.
Kindly drop us an email at admin@lovebonito.com and attach a picture of the item received and we will reply you within 1 or 2 working days.
